The knowledge of organization and management is essential for effective and efficient management of an organization. Without knowledge of management and organization no managers carry out his duty efficiently. To perform managerial and non-managerial functions managers must pay attention to acquire and apply the management and business knowledge. Keeping in mind the above principle, the present book entitled, ‘Business Organization and Management’ has been written in a simple and lucid language. The book covers the syllabus of Dibrugarh University for 1st semester B. Com students. We also hope that the book will help students to acquire appropriate knowledge on business and management and can use this knowledge in all future research works.
