How do you conquer the internal fears and external challenges that prevent you from taking concrete actions to achieve the goals and outcomes that you have set for yourself? How do you convert your dreams into reality? All of us have gone through this feeling at some point in our lives, when we think and wonder - why is everything going wrong? All of us go through this phase in life, wherein we keep facing failures in whatever we do. We put in our best efforts, as per our abilities and capabilities, but we are still not able to achieve what we want. And not just that even the people around us, our family members, friends, and colleagues, are also not able to understand the cause of these failures. All this creates doubt in our minds and more confusion in our lives. So, this is one of the reasons why I decided to write this book: to understand why we face failures, shortcomings, or drawbacks in our lives, and how we can overcome them - right from childhood, as we grow into adolescence and then finally into adulthood and beyond.
